Paleo Lemon & Rosemary Salmon (Whole30)


I'm not a fish fan. What kind of islander doesn't like fish? This one. I ate it as a kid but I developed a distaste for it as an adult, with one exception: when I bake it myself because this recipe is delicious, Paleo, & Whole30!

Ingredients:


  • 16 oz wild caught salmon
  • 1 lemon (3/4 of lemon cut into 4-5 slices; juice the other 1/4 of the lemon & set aside)
  • 4 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons melted ghee (clarified butter)

Seasoning:

  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Flavorgod Garlic Lovers seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon maca powder (optional)

Instructions:


  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Place salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Brush with melted ghee.
  4. Rub with seasonings.
