Shrimp And Asparagus Stir Fry (Under 300 Calories)

Ingredients:


  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lb (455 g) raw shrimp
  • 1 lb (455 g) asparagus
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, mince
  • 1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions:


  1. In a large frying pan, heat 2 tablespoons olive oil over medium-high heat.
